Returns Process:

1. Return Eligibility: You can initiate a return within 7 Bussines days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Initiating a Return: To start a return process, kindly send an email to us at with your order details, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs, if applicable. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product.

Size-Related Exchanges

• If you encounter any size-related issues with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. However, please note that for exchanges due to size issues, customers may be responsible for covering the shipping fee. The shipping charge will be determined based on your location and the weight/dimensions of the item being returned.

Eligibility for Returns

For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

• The product is completely different from ordered
• The product is damaged
• Return should be placed within 7 Bussines days of delivery
• Items should be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
• The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.

Return Procedure

Here’s how our return process works:

• To initiate a return, please contact us via call at 9354518944 (Mon-Sun: 10am – 6pm) within the 7-Bussines day return window. Ensure to include your order number, reason and bank account details for return on call.
• We accept returns for damaged, defective, or missing products only.
• For the return process, we may require an uncut, 360-degree unboxing video.

Refund Process:

• Upon receiving your return request, we will provide return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the payment method you have mentioned us in the email.
• A money refund is the actual return of the agreed refund amount back to the credit card used in making the payment.
• Ones We Received The Returned Item  And Verify its Condition We Will Process The Refund.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process and then placing a new order for the item you desire.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as opened personal care products, intimate apparel, and custom-made items, are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Kindly review the product description before making a purchase.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already been processed for shipping.
